My name is Donna Bennett, and I have actively worked in property management in Melbourne for over 30 years.  I still do day-to-day property management.

After completing my course, you  will have the starting knowledge and skills to:-

- process a rental application 

- complete a condition report 

- understand how to add a landlord/property/tenant into a CMA system
